Position Profile

Weaver is looking for an Analyst Developer I. Responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of software applications and systems that meet the business needs of the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure the successful deployment of applications. The Analyst Developer I will work under the guidance of senior developers and managers to gain hands-on experience in software development and contribute to the digital transformation and automation initiatives of the company.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:
• Bachelor's degree in a CS/engineering or related technical discipline from a reputed academic institution.
• Knowledge of RPA concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in software development with one or more of the following: .Net (4.0 or higher), Python (preferred), JavaScript and UI Path.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and the T-SQL language.
• Knowledge of UI Path, O365 Development and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Availability to work outside of their normal business hours to collaborate with teams and vendors located across multiple time zones.
• Advanced knowledge of Automation platforms, particularly UI Path.
• Familiarity with API development.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with LLM development.
• Experience with Office 365 Automation
• Understanding of agile development practices
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
• Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of project management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.

Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred:
• Good written & verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and data querying experience.
• Skills in SQL, Python scripting, dashboarding tools, automation, and programming (VB, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, T-SQL).
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
• Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of project management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams
