Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer (UiPath) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation workflows to streamline business processes and increase operational efficiency. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-quality RPA solutions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements for RPA projects.
Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, process flows, and test plans.
Implement automation workflows that integrate with various systems and applications, such as ERP systems, CRM tools, databases, and web services.
Configure and deploy software robots to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
Conduct testing and debugging of automation workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution to RPA production incidents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams, to ensure successful delivery of RPA projects.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technologies and tools.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation optimization.
Enthusiastic about new technologies esp. related to Data analytics, process automation, Machine Learning, AI (KNIME, Alteryx, ChatGPT/ LLMs etc.)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven 3-5 years of experience in developing RPA solutions using UiPath (primary), Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python
In-depth understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience in gathering requirements, designing, and implementing automation workflows.
Proficiency in integrating RPA solutions with different applications and systems.
Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL queries.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within project deadlines.
RPA certification from UiPath.
