Dear Candidate,Greetings of the Day!!!Looking for ++ years of experience in Content Writing / Content Creation /creating training module for Learning & Development Department.Job Location: Thane (Mumbai Based candidate)Job Responsibilities:1) To conduct Training Need Analysis & Training Need Identification for different roles in various Functions (Operations, SCM, Category, HR, Finance, Maintenance etc.)2) Observation, Listening, Articulation, Questioning, Documentation, Analytical, Logical reasoning, People Orientation, Time Management, Business acumen, Eye for Detail, Coordination, Collaboration, Leadership3) To coordinate with Function Heads & SMEs to know the Training Needs for employees in their function4) Prepare a comprehensive curriculum post discussion with Function Heads, SMEs and after making initial Store/DC visits.5) Prepare a comprehensive HLD (High level design) post discussion with Manager Content Development6) To visit Stores/DCs and observe the role holder at the place of work. Record observations, ask relevant questions and make exhaustive notes. 7) To design & develop content using ADDIE model, Instructional Design Methodology, Blooms Taxonomy and using Adult Learning Principles8) To develop the Trainer Guide, Participant Guide, PPT, Pre & Post Training Assessments (question bank) for the contentEnsure usage of different learning methodologies (class room, video based, experential learning, adventure based learning, reality learning - self discovery, use of pshchometric tools etc.) while building the content+) Use case studies, role plays, group and individual presentations, quiz, games and activities, VAK (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic) etc. to make the Training engaging10) Prepare Training Collaterals as relevant to the contentTo ensure suitability of content based on the region, location (vernauclar language). 11) Write SOPs (standard operating processes) for different activites, tasks using content writing techniquesTest the Question Bank
