We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer
Principal responsibilities
• Corporate Functions Procurement IT Department is in need of a Senior RSA Developer offshore
• Third Party Management (TPM) is a core service from Procurement HSBC to manage Supplier Risk using a globally consistent workflow tool, RSA Archer.
• TPM is a global programme of work and Archer will continue to evolve, role will provide continuous support in running and change the bank book of work
• Interfacing with global IT teams and key business stakeholders will be required to ensure continuous improvements and change. TPM is live across 50 countries meaning Archer is a global SaaS tool hosted internally in UK

• Minimum 5 years experience in development, maintenance, testing, and support of RSA Archer Application. Having RSA Archer Certification is plus.
• Senior level experience in recent versions of Archer Applications (version 6x preferred)
• Strong understanding of Archer development environment: Application Builder, Efficient Form Design, Record/Application Access, Calculated Fields, Data Driven Events, Notification Workflow, Advanced Workflow, Calculated Fields
• An understanding of Archer back office functionality: Access Control, Appearance, Application Builder, Integration, Management Reporting, Notifications, Workspaces and Dashboards
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and collaborative skills with the ability to implement enhancements or new applications.
• A firm SDLC understanding supported by excellent project management skillset
• Excellent communication skills as leading stakeholder workshops and meetings will be mandatory
• Ability to translate demand to informed packs and able communicate/present accordingly
• Ability to work in a team environment and perform tasks independently with little or no supervision
• Core understanding of Agile Methodology and Change Management processes
• Be portable across other Procurement Technology as and when needed
