Road Traffic Accidents - Solicitor - Manchester - Hybrid - up to £55,000
An exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded Top 100 law firm in Manchester. The firm is looking to appoint a Senior Solicitor to join its busy Personal Injury team and support the growth of this successful department.
In this role, you’ll manage your own caseload of Road Traffic Accidents claims (Fast and Multi-Track) from instruction to settlement and supervise junior team members. This position offers excellent career progression opportunities, with a clear path for growth within the firm’s well-structured Personal Injury team. You’ll have the chance to further develop your skills, take on increased responsibilities, and advance your career with the firm’s full support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling RTA matters, with a strong litigation background and some supervisory experience.
The Candidate
• Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years’ experience
• Proven track record managing RTA cases (Fast and Multi-Track)
• Litigation experience with thorough knowledge of the CPR
• Supervision experience, with strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, with a professional and supportive approach to clients and colleagues
