Responsibilities End to end delivery of projects which are on the BoW (Book of Work) Communicate and interact with multiple SMEs and stakeholders across the bank Capture business requirements in standard template and get approvals from the stakeholders Track risks, issues and mitigants for the projects Understand the impact of the business change on the different processes Streamline processes from different regions and standardize/automate the same to bring in efficiencies Coordinate with multiple teams including Technology, Legal, Compliance, SMEs and Products Be the change agent and self motivated to drive change programs across the divisions Effective and crisp reporting to highlight the key messages and issues/risks in a timely fashion Requirements Graduate/Post graduate with 2 + years in servicing corporate clients or in a financial institution, leading a team Good analytical skills, ability to exercise flexibility with regards to problem solving Working knowledge of atleast one corporate banking product preferred Good knowledge of project management tools and practices Hands on knowledge of working on atleast one of the tools including Alteryx, Tableau, Salesforce Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and preferably local language Excellent team worker and leader, able to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization Ability to work in fast paced environment, keep pace with technical innovation and maintain a broad understanding of the product offering Driven and motivated to work under tight timelines Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team membe
