RTO Manager
Make a genuine impact in a leading not-for-profit organisation
Hands on role, managing a small RTO and a close team
Supportive culture and flexible, hybrid working
For over 85 years, Gowrie Victoria has been at the forefront of high-quality early learning. We’re a not-for-profit organisation known for leading demonstration and professional learning in our sector, where generations of early childhood educations have come to learn and develop their practice.
Our learning & development programs for adults include coaching, mentoring, training and eLearning. Our accredited programs are highly practical, and students benefit from being immersed in high quality early learning as they study. We are looking for a capable administrator and collaborative manager to join our leadership team to lead Gowrie’s vocational education and training programs and manage all aspects of Gowrie Victoria’s RTO. The RTO Manager ensures high quality learning outcomes and positive student experiences, that program performance and enrolment targets are achieved, and that processes and procedures are effective and compliant with RTO regulatory requirements.
The role could be part time with flexibility to work varied hours and work remotely from home for some of the week.
At Gowrie, our strength is our culture. It is built on a foundation of genuine curiosity. We encourage our people to ask questions, be reflective and bring their authentic selves to work.
