Have worked on a sufficiently large Rails(ROR) app in production for at least 2 years.
Can write basic SQL queries.
Comfortable working on a Linux server through terminal.
Can write & speak English fluently.
In the first few weeks, familiarise with the existing code & products.
Collaborate with the product & engineering team, to bring features from conception to completion.
Ability to ask questions and put forth your ideas & debate on implementation details.
Pair with & mentor junior developers, to help us build a strong engineering culture.
