• Strong in Ruby concepts
• Strong in raw SQL - queries , indexes etc
• Strong hands on experience with Ruby design patterns, Gems
• Understanding of DevOps concepts
• Good understanding of Oracle DB
• Good to have JRuby experience
• Good to have cloud exposure
• Good to have experience in Javascript frameworks like ExtJS
• Well versed in Agile
