Skills we are looking for:
Highly proficient in data structure, algorithms and databases
Keen knowledge of MVC, Ruby On Rails. "The rails way" will be a plus
Good unix command, knowledge of bash scripting
Passion to write beautiful and scalable code
Good Git habits
Knowledge of RDBMS and Elasticsearch will be a plus
