Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented RunOps Support Engineer specializing in Data Pipelines to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize large-scale data workflows. You will ensure seamless daily operations of ETL/ELT processes, manage data job failures, and maintain pipeline health across distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor scheduled data pipeline jobs and proactively resolve failures.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to troubleshoot and improve job performance.
• Maintain and update job runbooks, logs, and alerts.
• Provide L1/L2 support for batch and streaming jobs.
• Work with scheduling and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Apache NiFi, etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in data operations or support roles.
• Solid understanding of data pipeline frameworks, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus), and alert systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with hybrid work environments, including locations in Hyderabad, Pune, New Delhi.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
