Rural Banking Operations Manager
Job Overview:
At IDFC First Bank, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Customer Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling up the retail banking business for a designated branch, ensuring strict compliance with bank policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations and administration of the branch
• Ensure seamless maintenance of customer life cycle, fulfilling customer requests and providing best-in-class service
• Responsible for branch operations and service delivery to customers in our rural network
• Work towards ensuring best in class service delivery at the branch for external and internal customers
Requirements:
• Graduation in Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, or Computers
• 0-5 years of relevant experience in Banking or allied Business
