Available Roles:
District Medical Officer – Non-Procedural: $462,140 to $578,587 per year (or $885.90 to $1109.11 per session).
District Medical Officer – Obstetrics Procedural: $528,577 to $578,587 per year (or $1013.25 to $1109.11 per session).
District Medical Officer – Anaesthetics Procedural: $528,577 to $578,587 per year (or $1013.25 to $1109.11 per session).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical services, including emergency care, ward-based care, and GP outreach clinics.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Remote Area Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Allied Health staff, Aboriginal Health Workers, and others.
Offer clinical leadership, supervision, and education within a supportive environment.
Opportunity to engage in patient retrieval and high-level care through the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
