About the Role:
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to support service across our outlets: Café, Bar & Dining (CBD), Soleil Pool Bar, and Room Service. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional ready to take the next step in their career by guiding a team and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Accountabilities:
Assisting with the coordination of daily service across the venue
Supporting and guiding team members during shifts
Leading by example to maintain high service standards
Handling guest inquiries and ensuring a positive experience
Ensuring work areas are clean, organised, and service-ready
Upholding Responsible Service of ******* (RSA) guidelines
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in food and beverage service
Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Confident communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and service presentation
Professional grooming and presentation
Responsible Service of ******* (RSA) certification
A positive, team-focused attitude
