Roles and Responsibility
• The person would be responsible to manage and analyse data for all Deposit Products, including Savings Account and Term Deposits, across multiple segments by closely working with the acquisition teams, branches and the SBIM teams to help deliver the targets for the month and monitor early indicators.
• Responsible for providing timely reports and presentations to the top management.
• Assessed Business requirements, prepared business cases and reviewed
• Work closely with Management group to provide data solutions to issues impacting.
• Take ownership of personal performance, improvement and development plan, ensuring regular reviews with manager are carried out

Strategy
• Publish Daily, weekly, fortnightly and Monthly MIS to Management team and Business.
• Prepare the Day on Day balance trend report and publish the same to Management.
• Prepare the Zone wise EB & Non EB balance sheet and growth% , which is contains MoM PE balance, MoM PE Average balance and LMSD level.
• Highlight the Cap between Budget Vs Actual and Last Month Vs Current Month.
• Indicate the High & low growth% between Zone wise and Month Wise..
• MTD / YTD Balance sheet MI by Segment; ETB,NTB Resident and NR split and EB & NON EB.

Business
• Review the branch performance and identify Top & Bottom branches and arranging them as ranking order.
• New to Bank MI by Channel and Segment; performance against Best month and against Budget
• Identify the channel wise Productivity.
• Identify the Funding & Non Funding and Active & Non Active Customer base.
• Trending and Analysis on Average Ticket Size based performance
• Publish the Branch Performance & Balance movement report.
• Track key measurable movement in the performance of a branch – Number of customers the branch has managed to nudge up the balance bucket
• MTD/YTD growth and Rank
• MTD/YTD Balance growth – ETB , NTB as well as Resident and NR split
• MTD/YTD Segment growth
• Customer (number of customers) across each balance band – overall at a branch level as well as Priority and Premium movements.
• YTD movement
• The Branch has managed to move customers up the balance band in Vs the last month as well.

Processes
• Develop and maintain reporting and analysis on deposit portfolio
• Publish consolidated MI for Management team
• Publish key MI across each Zone, Branch and Segment with granular information on key program areas. To track the outcome of such discussions to completion
• Analyse Trends, opportunity and leakage on fee lines
• Manage and monitor Locker occupancy and recovery

People & Talent
• Ensure sufficient process knowledge to independently perform operations of other two identified desks and must demonstrate proficiency by successfully performing this activity
• Utilize all training opportunities available
• Ensure Discipline including Nil Unplanned Leaves.
• Engagement & healthy Participation in various CSR activities & Contests conducted across levels.

Risk Management
• Own and Mitigate Risk management elements of all associated business and processes
• Ensure proactive risk analysis and management

Governance
• Manage all regulatory reporting pertaining to Deposits
• Represent Product team in all Audit related issues on Service charges.
• Manage all regulatory submissions related to service charges

Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

• Graduate in any stream.
• Should possess analytical skills, interpersonal skills and demonstrated track record of excellence.
• Experience in handling Deposit and Asset Products of a Bank would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
• Work Experience across multiple geographies will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills, along with the ability to work across silos, functions and senior stakeholders.
• Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
