Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates for various roles through job boards, social media, and other channels.
Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on different recruitment platforms to attract potential candidates.
Screening: Help screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
Database Management: Update and maintain the candidate database to ensure it is accurate and organized.
Offer Management: Assist in preparing and sending offer letters to selected candidates.
Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends to improve candidate sourcing strategies and recruitment practices.
Recruitment Reporting: Help track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate quality.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand recruitment needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to the recruitment process for better efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
