FacilityBot is a fast-growing Facilities Management (CMMS) SaaS platform. As FacilityBot continues to expand globally, this hire will be a key member of the team focused on converting leads to sales. This is a quota-carrying freelance position based remotely in Bengalaru, India.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in meeting SaaS sales targets. You are expected to be independently driven, collaborative, and organized, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Tech-savviness and the ability to understand our software is crucial. Previous experience in Facilities Management or related sectors is a bonus.

Exceptional performers will have opportunities for progression to management roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Conversion

• Participation in and conduct of online client demonstrations

• Establish partnerships with relevant channel partners (e.g. FM Companies FM Consultants, CMMS Resllers, IoT vendors)

• Source, prepare and pitch for CMMS Tenders

• Engage with the local Facilities Management industry, including building strong relationships with key executives in Facilities Management Companies; participation in local Facilities Management Associations

• Participate in relevant events and conferences

Remuneration

• Base + Sales Commissions
