SaaS Operations Engineer
Overview
Edifecs SaaS Operations Engineers are responsible for the successful operation of Edifecs’ SaaS solutions. Coordination and communication of activity related to day-to-day SaaS operations including infrastructure maintenance & upgrades, customer-facing incidents & service requests as well as SLA tracking and reporting. SaaS Operations engineers also facilitate new customer on-boarding and infrastructure provisioning. Additionally, this position will be responsible for developing and maintaining tools and processes to support customer communication across all aspects of their SaaS experience.
The ideal candidate is a quick and motivated learner, has the ability to handle interruptions/pressures while fluidly switching between several priorities, has strong customer service skills, and strong analytical aptitude.
