Job Description
- Oversee shift security operations ensuring safety of guests, employees, and hotel property.
- Handle incidents, including guest complaints, security breaches, and emergencies.
- Conduct VIP escorts and respond promptly to security incidents and medical emergencies.
- Investigate and report theft, property damage, and security breaches, preparing detailed incident reports.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in any field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous experience in investigations and document management essential
- Minimum 1 year previous Security experience preferably in a luxury environment
- Excellent written/verbal communication, strong focus on documentation
- Strong guest service orientation
- Knowledge about HIRA, Occupational health and safety or related fields.
