Responsibilities:
• Implement safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections of project sites and equipment.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide guidance on emergency procedures and safe practices.
• Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents.
• Prepare and maintain accident reports and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability among staff and students.
• Implement initiatives to improve safety performance and reduce incidents.
Qualifications:
• 10 to 15 years of experience as a Safety Officer.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and inspections.
