Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with safety norms on-site.
• Conduct routine site inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Support in organizing daily toolbox talks and safety induction sessions.
• Ensure workers are using proper PPE and following safe practices.
• Maintain safety records, incident logs, and audit checklists.
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents to the Site Engineer / HSE Manager promptly.
• Support in preparing basic incident reports and follow-ups.
Requirements:
• 4years+ of experience in construction or interior project safety roles.
• Basic knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
