Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive safety induction program for new hires.
2. Conduct regular training sessions to educate employees on workplace hazards and safe practices.
3. Organize mock drills to prepare for emergency situations.
4. Attend safety meetings, discuss key points, and implement action plans.
5. Communicate safety protocols through various channels, including displays, safety signs, internal publications, and annual reports.
6. Collaborate with the team to set safety goals, participate in improvement projects, and promote a culture of safety awareness.
