We are on the lookout for dedicated Safety & Security Officers to join our dynamic Security Team!


THE ROLE!

Step into an exciting, fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in supporting our award-winning venue. Every day is different, and you’ll work in a collaborative environment to ensure the safety and security of our team members, guests, and facilities.


Your key responsibilities will include:

Roving and static monitoring of the entire Centre.
Attending to team member and guest incidents.
Providing first aid assistance when required.
Responding to guest enquiries with professionalism.
Monitoring activities from the control room.
Issuing and managing contractor passes.

ABOUT YOU!

To be successful in this role, you will need:


Essential qualifications and licences:

- A current Queensland Security Licence with the following qualifications:

- Security Officer (Unarmed)

- Crowd Controller

- Security Officer (Monitoring)

- A valid Apply First Aid Certificate, including CPR.

- A Queensland Responsible Service of ******* (RSA) Statement of Attainment.


Key skills and attributes:

- A genuine passion for helping and assisting others.

- Exceptional customer service experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing role.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- A commitment to workplace health and safety, with the ability to champion a safety-first culture.

- Flexibility and availability to work across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
