Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical + Diploma in Construction & Industrial safety.
Job description
Roles and Responsibilities-
1. Implementation of Safety Measures and Safety Audit rule at project site. to conduct periodic/quarterly safety audits of the project site and submit reports. all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided to workers as required under any of the provisions of the Act or the Rules conform to the relevant Indian Standards and to advise all Site Engineers/ Section‐In‐Charges/ Supervisors.
2. To ensure proper use of such PPEs by workers/Site Engineers at the site.
3. A safe working environment is provided to all workers and supervisory staff. Use of various materials, equipment, materials, provision of lighting & barricading, etc. is done in terms of safety. At each and every level of the project, safety has been kept in mind as an integral part of the activities.
4. Keeping the site incident free, without any damage to health, property, and environment.
5. Proper housekeeping is maintained at the site as the housekeeping is directly connected with safety. Feedback for successful performance is to be developed and is to be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge on a Quarterly basis.
6. To increase the safety consciousness of the workforce and the supervisory staff, periodic training and motivation towards safe practices are to be conducted.
7. Documentation & Record Keeping
8. To check/update/correct and incorporate standard operation procedures in Safety Manual.
+. To prepare periodic reports of each site visit, training &mock drill.
10.Conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventative measures
