Job Overview
The Supervisor, Transportation Safety position coordinates, monitors, assesses and provides training program for AltaMed Health Services. Investigates all departmental accidents and incidents; Develops, organizes, reviews and implements a comprehensive safety plan for AltaMed Health Services; Supervises, assigns, reviews, and evaluates the work of assigned staff an execute competences assessment. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety required.
• Minimum of 2 years of training experience related to public transportation and CDL instruction.
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA compliance regulations, federal and state standards
• Certification in safety management or a related field is a plus.
• Safety Certification: Possession of relevant safety certifications such as Certified Safety
• Professional (CSP), Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST), or equivalent will be highly beneficial.
• Must have a valid commercial license with passenger endorsement for a minimum of 5 years with a clean driving record
• Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.

Salary Range
$86,211.84 - $107,764.80 annually
