Join Assertiv, Australia's leading specialist in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Access Management (AM) technologies. We're seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to join our expert team in Sydney for an urgent client project.

Key Responsibilities


Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for enterprise clients
Configure workflows, rules, and connectors within the IIQ platform
Develop custom connectors and integrate with various enterprise applications
Support our Identity Modernisation and Application Onboarding services
Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity governance issues
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Support user access reviews, provisioning, and compliance reporting

Requirements
3+ years hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development
Strong knowledge of IIQ architecture, workflows, and rule development
Experience with Java, BeanShell scripting, and XML configuration
Understanding of identity governance concepts (RBAC, provisioning, certification)
Experience with database queries (SQL) and web services integration
Ability to start immediately or within short notice
Strong communication skills for client-facing work

Preferred Skills
SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer/Architect)
Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and HR systems integration
Knowledge of other IAM tools and technologies
Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, education, government, finance)
Cloud identity management experience
