JOB PURPOSE
The Administrative Support – Non Clinical is responsible for administrative support for a department or program.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduation plus an additional administrative support program of over 6 months duration plus one year of related experience OR five (5) years of recent experience (within the last 8 years) as a 1021, shall be considered as equivalent.
Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
Ability to perform the duties of the position.
Good work record.
Demonstrated proficiency verified by testing in:
Data Entry 4000 KSPH
Typing 45 WPM (General)
Excel 50%
Outlook 50%
Word 50%
PowerPoint 50%
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Administrative Support – Non Clinical is responsible for:
Compiling and validating information and data
Maintaining data bases and producing reports
Creating, formatting and editing documents
Providing information and performing reception services
Scheduling and organizing appointments, meetings and events
Performing general office duties
