What You’ll Do:
Prepare cold dishes with precision — including salads, appetizers, desserts, and garnishes
Follow standardized recipes and plating guides to ensure consistency and presentation
Ensure all items are prepared in a timely and accurate manner for guest orders
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized station throughout service
Assist with prep work, restocking, and closing duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of pantry or cold-side kitchen experience preferred (fine dining a plus)
Strong knife skills and attention to presentation details
Ability to follow recipes and plating instructions with accuracy
Organized, clean, and efficient work habits
Dependable, team-focused attitude with a passion for food

DESIRED BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:
Must be able to lift, handle, carry food, smallwares, equipment, supplies and paper goods at a minimum of 50 pounds.
Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length.
Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat on a frequent basis to receive and store stock, supplies and equipment as well as to work the line during service periods.
Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees, vendors and guests.
Must be able to taste – to be able to distinguish between and among flavors, spices, temperatures, mouth feel and smell – to distinguish between and among odors and scents as to their appeal and level of intensity for all food and beverage products.
