Job Description
Responding to customer enquiries and providing one-on-one consultations
Preparing and following up on quotations/analyses for customers
Assisting clients with selection, purchase negotiations and financing of Novated Lease motor vehicles
Processing Novated Lease finance applications and documents through to settlement
Liaising on the setup and termination of customer salary packages
Negotiating contracts and packaging arrangements with employers and employees
Explaining to employer staff and payroll departments the correct procedures for dealing with payroll advices, ITC statements and FBT statements
Some interstate/overnight travel may be required on occasion. Ideally, successful candidate will on occasion conduct employer and employee salary packaging presentations at employer worksites.
Key Characteristics/Qualifications:
Tertiary degree in business-related field (i.e. Commerce, Accounting, Economics)
Confidence in dealing with customers
Confidence in working with numbers
Strict attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work in team environment and autonomously
Ability to communicate knowledge with staff and clients in a professional and accessible manner in both written and oral communications
