Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in database prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, and letterbox drops.
Assist with home appraisals, open homes, and private inspections.
Handle phone and email inquiries, manage lead pipelines, and support property listings.
Build relationships with vendors and buyers, conduct market research, and assist in developing marketing materials.
Perform data entry and other administrative duties to ensure a smooth sales campaign process.
Candidate Requirements:
Possession of a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional customer service ethos with excellent follow-up.
A focused, driven, and motivated personality with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, with impeccable attention to detail.
High-level problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
