Role Summary:

The Sales Co-Ordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing and coordinating sales activities, ensuring efficient workflow, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position involves handling administrative tasks, assisting with order processing, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent service to both the sales team and customers. The Sales Co-Ordinator acts as a key liaison between the sales department and other departments within the organization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Order Processing and preparing quotation: Process sales orders timely. Ensure that all sales-related information is accurately recorded and maintained in the ERP system for preparing the quotation.

Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email to provide information about products, pricing, and availability. Resolve customer issues about the replacement and commercial change in a timely andprofessional manner, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing sales documents such as quotations, BoQ. Coordinate with the sales team regarding the meetings with the new clients.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis, including sales forecasts. Maintain accurate records of sales data and transactions for reporting.

Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with the sales, projects, design, and purchase teams to coordinate for preparing the quotation. Liaise with the finance department to ensure a timely invoice or proforma Invoice.

Compliance Management: Filling of FORM A (Fire-rated door)

Educational requirement:

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
