Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and territory management, with a proven ability to engage clients and close deals. Your expertise in technology sales and CRM software will be essential as you work to meet and exceed sales targets.
Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for maximum impact.
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
Manage territory effectively, ensuring coverage of all potential clients.
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record in B2B sales.
Familiarity with technical sales concepts and the ability to understand complex products.
Experience in direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales is advantageous.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Proficient in using CRM software for managing leads and customer relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
