Ethical Dispensing is the foremost priority Achieve 100 % target set for the month in the assigned store Advising the customers about our products, promotions, warranty & guarantee as per the policy of the company. Ensure that customers are attended properly while choosing frames and lens Focus on generating multiple sales from the customers Responsible for Daily Stock Taking activities Proper Maintenance of the Stock Taking registers Follow-up calls as a part of after-sales service Handling the cash transactions of the store and handling the systems Adaptibility,Strong communication, Relationship building, Negotiation skill
