Experience: 2-4 years in FMCG Food & Beverage sector

job Location: All over Odisha region

Job Responsibilities:
• Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
• Generate new customer leads through various channels
• Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned
• Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services
• Update all the daily activities in our official mobile application.
• Promote specific products as directed by upper management
• Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
• Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
• Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
• Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made Skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
• Proficient in using Sales Application
• Proven track record in sales environment
• Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Travel requirement:
• Up to 100% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Bhubaneshwar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
