Purpose of the role :
The objective of this role is to alleviate the administrative pressures from the direct sales force, by taking on administrative tasks associated with the Pricing, Servicing & Maintenance of our client base, during and after the sales process. This will give the sale team more bandwidth to focus on selling and building relationships with our clients.
Providing this support will also improve job satisfaction and make Brennan an attractive place to work for potential candidates in the market.
In addition to their core role of supporting our sales force, will also maintain the Contract mailbox, Cancellations, Churn and Contracting database (SOCS).
