Key Responsibilities
• Salesforce Customization and Configuration:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for Salesforce customizations and configurations.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to align with business needs.
• Apex and Lightning Component Development:
• Develop, test, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components to extend and enhance Salesforce functionality.
• Write efficient and scalable code to address complex business problems.
• React Development:
• Develop and integrate React components to enhance the user interface and user experience.
• Create responsive and visually appealing web applications that work seamlessly with Salesforce.
• Integration:
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
• Implement data and process integrations with third-party applications.
• Visualforce and Lightning Page Development:
• Create custom Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Lightning web components as required for Salesforce functionality.
• Data Management:
• Design and execute data migration, data transformation, and data cleansing activities.
• Maintain data models and relationships within Salesforce.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of custom code.
• Participate in code reviews and assist in resolving defects and issues.
• Salesforce Lightning Experience:
• Implement Salesforce Lightning Experience to provide users with a modern and efficient user interface.
• Automation:
• Build and manage workflow rules, process builder workflows, and automation processes to streamline business operations.
• User Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to Salesforce users, including end-users, administrators, and other stakeholders.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain documentation for customizations, configurations, development activities, and React components.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-6 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
• Experience with React and front-end web development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Salesforce declarative tools, including Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
