- **Monitoring and Reporting:** Track interactions and report on common challenges, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction levels to management for strategic adjustments.

- **Time Management:** Prioritize multiple customer interactions without compromising quality or missing deadlines, ensuring customers receive prompt and courteous service.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance personal skills and contribute to team development.
• *Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a fast-paced eCommerce or healthcare environment.

- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in any field; additional certifications in customer service or communication are a plus.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using web-based chat applications and CRM software; familiarity with healthcare products and services is desirable.
