Basic Qualifications:

-8-10+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of selling to enterprise accounts.

-MBA from a Tier I or Tier II institute.

-Demonstrated ability to farm accounts and build long-term relationships with clients.

-Experience in leading high-performance sales teams.

-Strong communications skills and presentation skills are a must.

-Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

-Solid foundation in sales principles and practices.

-Strong executive presence along with networking capabilities.

-Ability to articulate client’s marketing objectives to internal customer success teams.

-Ability to unlearn and relearn to adapt to a fast paced environment.

-Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Overview

Responsibilities:

-Capitalising market opportunities: Analyze the market, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales plans to capitalise on these opportunities.

-Accelerate customer acquisition: Identify the brand’s objectives and pitch the value proposition for using Convosight’s platform.

-End-to-end Client Management: Own sales funnel through outreach, onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion and loyalists.

-Building effective farming strategy for large accounts: You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and developing plans to ensure the expansion of existing accounts.

-Building and managing sales teams: You will lead and manage your own sales team, set sales targets, and motivate the team to achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring sales staff.

-Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with internal teams, including customer success, insights, and marketing to ensure that client needs are met

-Providing feedback to management: You will provide regular feedback to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and customer needs, and make recommendations for improvement.

-Ensuring compliance: Ensure that you and your team adheres to all processes related to Sales Funnel reporting & tracking, Sales forecasting, which includes but is not limited to maintaining and updating details on Salesforce. You also need to ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience in digital advertising or a related field is a plus.

-Experience in selling new ideas and concepts in the digital world.

-Understand the world of start-ups and scaling.

-A high degree of familiarity with digital platforms and the digital ecosystem.
