Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sales Account Manager to drive business growth in the UK market. The successful candidate will be based in Richmond, working on-site Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing business users through presentations, events, and tech advice.
Conduct comprehensive training sessions for existing users, both in-person and virtually.
Create engaging training materials to support user development.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to enhance their experience.
Leverage user feedback to continuously improve and refine the service.
Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for business acquisition.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of account management experience with a proven track record of building long-term relationships.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
A charismatic and empathetic personality with high levels of enthusiasm and engagement.
Proven experience in training or teaching, preferably in assistive technology.
Strong IT skills and a passion for helping others.
Excellent business acumen and professionalism.
Fluent business English and articulate communication skills.
