We’re currently looking for someone to join us in a sales-led role that grows into account management.
This role starts with proactive outreach and business development, then progresses into broader account ownership. You are not stuck doing one thing forever.
We care deeply about the businesses we work with and how we sell. Our approach is based on understanding real client needs and offering the right solutions, not pushing services that don’t fit.
About the role
In the early phase, the focus is on opening conversations and converting opportunities into work. This includes a mix of warm leads, re-engagement, and cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
This is not a call-centre role and not a high-pressure, volume-based sales job. Outreach is targeted and purposeful, not back-to-back cold calls.
Over time, as you close work and prove yourself, you’ll progressively take ownership of client accounts. This will include both the accounts you bring on and, as trust and capability are established, existing client accounts currently managed internally.
Account handover is staged and intentional. You’ll be supported early, with increasing responsibility as your confidence, commercial judgement, and client management skills grow.
Industry experience is helpful but not essential. You’ll be supported by our team of specialists, so you’re not expected to know everything upfront. Your role is to build relationships, spot opportunities, and lead the sales process through to close.

What you’ll be doing in the role
Identifying and researching potential clients using supplied data and external tools
Reaching out to prospects via a mix of phone, email, LinkedIn, and warm introductions
Testing and refining messaging and scripts (your input is expected)
Introducing our services clearly and confidently
Setting and attending initial sales meetings
Recording activity and keeping the CRM up to date
Building long-term client relationships
Managing and growing a mix of new and existing client accounts as responsibility increases
