The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
• Joining activities of new sales team member like welcome kit issuance, office orientation & introduction, etc.
• Providing the sales force with adequate POSM (Point of Sale Materials) & also managing the inventory of POSM.
• Analyzing the dashboard reports in order to measure sales force effectiveness in various performance areas. In case of any deviations, escalating the same to respective sales team
The Profile
Skills Required:
• You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B), Department Manager / Floor Manager or Retail Sales role, ideally within the Retail industry.
• Experience within Area Sales, Community Management and Sales Training would be a strong advantage.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
