Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the sales department, manage customer relationships, and coordinate sales processes efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for working in a tech-driven environment. Candidates should also have knowledge of drone parts and electronic components, and the ability to manage their purchase and delivery.

Note: We prefer female candidates for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sales documentation and proposal preparation.
• Coordinate bids and tender submissions.
• Maintain customer records and sales reports.
• Handle order processing and follow up on payments.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams.
• Track purchase status of drone and electronic parts, ensuring timely delivery to engineering or production.
• Manage inventory processes and procedures.

Basic Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in administrative or sales support roles.

Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM tools (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
