We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented professional to join our team in an Accounts and Sales Operations role. This position provides administrative and operational support to our accountant and business managers, assisting with ICT quoting, vendor coordination, and general business administration.
The role will involve assisting with the preparation and review of ICT quotes for our Australian Government clients, coordinating with vendors and distributors to obtain pricing and availability, and ensuring that quotes, orders, and related documentation are accurate and completed on time. The successful candidate will help support day-to-day administrative activities across the business, including maintaining records, tracking orders, and assisting with procurement documentation.
You will also assist with maintaining information in accounting such as Xero, SAASU, or similar platforms, and provide occasional support with finance-related administration where required. While some familiarity with finance processes can be helpful, the role is primarily focused on administration, coordination, and quoting activities rather than accounting itself.
This is a work-from-home role, working as part of a small team of approximately ten people. Amnesium provides the required equipment including a sit-stand desk, workstation, monitor, internet connectivity, and phone. Applicants should have a home office or similar workspace suitable for remote work.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to manage tasks independently while meeting deadlines. Experience in administrative roles involving quoting, procurement, customer service, or vendor coordination would be valuable. Experience using accounting systems such as Xero or similar, and intermediate Excel skills are essential.
Strong interpersonal skills are important, as the role involves communicating with clients, vendors, and internal team members, and may involve helping coordinate activities across the team when required.
Training will be provided on our systems to bring the ideal candidate up to speed on our systems. We're a supportive, family oriented company and would welcome someone looking return to the workforce after caring for children.
Due to the nature of our work with Australian Government clients, applicants must be Australian Citizens and may be required to undergo a background check to confirm suitability for the role.
Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
