Our Client is Ahmedabada based company involved in Mfg. of Medical Device - Orthopedic Segment Job Location: Sanand (Ahmedabad)
Job Profile :
Sales forecasting based on customer forecasts/discussion with Sales Head Co-ordination with production/planning department for timely delivery of orders. Co-ordinating with logistics team for shipment planning. Communication with customers for delivery dates against sales orders. Co-ordination for customer complaints with company sales field persons/Customer/QA-QC/Marketing Dept. Co-ordination with International Sales Head/ Customer/QA for registrations. Maintaining company/License documents as per requirements. Follow-up for Payments Maintaining customer over dues within defined credit limits. Co-ordinating with finance for payment receivables. Preparing & maintaining MIS (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual), Data Analysis, Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of Sales Operations Experience in preparing Sales Agreements and QMS documents Basic understanding of QMS
• ISO +001/ 13485 related to contract review/Sales.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English spoken and written. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify issues and determine steps to resolve it. Ability to plan and maintain day to day work. Excellent supervisory skills and planning skill. Knowledge of ERP
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Education and Experience:
Graduate + MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing/Operations 8-10 Years' experience in handling Sales Administration in Any Medical Device / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing organization
