We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our National Sales Team. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and success.

What you’ll be doing:

Work alongside the National Sales Manager

Manage the team mailbox and messagebank

Translate and data enter sales quotes for customers & external sales

Translate and data and enter sales orders

Manage and update Taipan Customer Service Processes and Procedures

Maintain and update company databases

Tend to after hour enquiries as required

Comply with Occupational Health & Safety Regulations

Work on sales pricing structures

Agenda’s and minute taking for department meetings

Correlate data and create all department reports for the CRM and senior Management teams

Input, monitor and adjust data in the CRM team software system

Implement process improvements within the department

Backend data entry for our online ordering portal

Supporting the sales process from lead to account and onboarding of new customers

Identify gaps and issues within the Internal Sales flow

Work with National Sales Manager to problem solve current issues and create solutions

Work with Branch leaders to roll out new processes and provide help with solutions to individual branch needs

Train members of all departments in effective use of the Customer relations team software

Troubleshoot any sales system related issues

Implement and maintain Taipans Customer Relationship Management Software through Wiise
