Full time or part time school hours

Our client is a well-known local estate agency and are looking for an individual to join their team as a Sales Admin/Sales Progressor person to progress the sales of their local properties.

The role is varied and requires someone who is good on the phone, good at using their skills of persuasion to make things happen, good completer finishers and good detail conscious administrators. Of course, knowledge of estate agency or on the legal side in a conveyancing role would be an advantage.

Ideal Candidates Will be/Have:

Great admin and organising skills

Tech savvy and good with MS Office

Great on the phone and at building relationships

Able to manage a number of different projects with different timelines

Resourceful and tenacious to get property sales " over the line" and completed on time.

Live in Wallingford or surrounding areas (local knowledge is required)

This role can be full time Monday to Friday or part time possibly around school hours -+.00 - 3.00 (min of 30 hrs per week).

The role is 100% office based at their big office in Wallingford. Has 20 days paid holiday.

You would be joining a fun and friendly team. The company offer a small company performance bonus to all the time to incentivise pulling together to grow the business.
