Job Description
Title: Sales Administrator
Hours: Full-time; approximately 40 hours per week, including occasional overtime opportunities. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Purpose of Sales and Warehouse Department: The Sales and Warehouse Department focuses on excellent customer service and efficient warehouse operations. Sales Administrators handle transactions and support customers, while Warehouse Technicians manage inventory and coordinate deliveries. The department manager ensures the team is supported during heavy sales traffic and handles customer expectations. Together, they aim to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for customers.
Role and Responsibilities: Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Customer Complaints Resolution
PoS Transactions (Cash, Credit/Debit, Online ACH, Money Order, etc.).
Sales Support.
Help customers select stock items from the warehouse showroom.
Open and Close Cash Register/PoS.
Create and provide invoices to customers.
Organize and maintain the product showroom.
Coordinate custom orders with Design & Production.
Required Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to connect the dots and formulate logical courses of action to achieve goals.
Fluency in Microsoft Windows Operating System.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Sales and customer service experience.
Ability to multitask and work on several assignments simultaneously.
Must be cannabis-friendly; ******** industry knowledge is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Able to sit for extended periods of time, stand and walk frequently, squat, bend, and climb stairs and ladders.
Able to type on a computer keyboard and read from a computer screen.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Observe/listen for and respond to alarms and auditory and visual safety instructions.
Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Licenses & Certifications Required:
A valid State of Alaska driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check.
Equipment Used: Company-provided PC (personal computer), Microsoft Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office software, Microsoft Teams, QuickBooks Enterprise for Desktop, barcode scanner (syncs to QuickBooks), BarTender Designer labeling software, label printers, and POS hardware.
Compensation: Hourly pay grade S2 ($18 to $23/Hr.), depending upon qualifications, plus monthly profit-sharing bonuses.

Annual Paid Time-Off: The paid time-off (PTO) policy applies to all regular full-time and part-time employees. PTO is paid time away from work, which can be used for vacation, sick leave, or just time to take care of personal business. Estimated Sixty (60) hours of annual paid time off per year. Accrual rate is one (1) hour of accrued PTO (including paid sick leave) for every thirty (30) hours worked. Accrued PTO based on 1820 hours worked annually.
