About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales Administrator to support our BuildCam Account Manager and Sales team. Based at our QLD Head Office in Arundel, you will play a key role in coordinating sales activities, managing CRM systems, and driving administrative excellence. You’ll be pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction, organising meetings, and keeping our sales operations running smoothly.

To be successful in this key role, we are looking for someone with:

Strong organisational skills to support a dynamic sales environment

Confident and professional communication and interpersonal skills

Experience managing and maintaining CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

Ability to schedule meetings, take minutes, and ensure post-meeting follow-ups

Proven track record in managing customer relationships and assisting with proposals

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and the Microsoft Suite

Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for:

Coordinating and supporting BuildCam sales activities and meetings

CRM oversight and data management

Supporting the Account Manager with quotations, contracts, and presentations

Assisting in customer service requests and communications

Managing team inboxes and calendars

Producing reports and contributing to social media and marketing content

Planning team functions and events
