The Role:
We're searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to provide essential support to their high-performing commercial sales and leasing team. A background in real estate administration is required, with commercial experience a real bonus.
This full-time, Monday-Friday role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the team's success. Proficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive and helpful approach, thriving in a dynamic work environment. This is a busy role and tasks include, but are not limited to:
Preparation of Commercial Leases, Disclosure Statements, Surrenders, Transfers, Offers to Lease, Licence Agreements
Letters and various correspondence
Preparation of Contract Notes
Preparation of Commercial Sale and Leasing Authorities
Preparation of Marketing/Advertising Schedules where applicable
Assist with basic marketing, signboard orders & removal
Google reviews
Assisting Marketing with marketing activities as and when required.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in Real Estate Marketing/Advertising or Administration is preferential but not essential
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure
High attention to detail
An excellent teams person, looking to add an extra sparkle to a great team!
Cert 4 in Real Estate desirable but not essential
Salary will be dependent on your experience.
