Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Admission Counselor located in Bengaluru. The Sales Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about programs, and offering support for inquiries. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective students, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless admission experience. The role requires effective communication, assisting students in making informed decisions, and maintaining detailed records of interactions.
